You can see the days we have available in the calendar (red is busy). After completing the booking form and successful payment, you will also receive confirmation via email.
Your reservation is final if the first payment is successful.

Good to know
The main guest must be 23 years or older.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (over 3 years old) + 1 child up to 3 years old (camping bed). Children up to 3 years old do not count for the extra guest surcharge.
The above prices are based on a stay of 2 guests using 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. A surcharge of 15 euros per person per night applies for the 3rd and 4th person.
If you are with two people and want to use both bedrooms and bathrooms, please check the box in the booking form. The costs for this are 15 euros per night. Without selecting the supplement, the second bedroom and bathroom cannot be used. Of course, the apartment or house is available to you privately. Note: You do not have to check this box if you come with 3 or 4 people.
The cleaning costs are included in the total costs and apply per stay. For the Apartment Center this is 65 euros and for the Beach House El Palo this is 110 euros. We ask that you leave the house as you found it; cleaning is of course not necessary.
Minimum stay in the apartment in the center is 3 days, except in July & August. Then the minimum length of stay is 5 days
Minimum stay in the El Palo beach house is 4 days, except in July & August. Then the minimum length of stay is 7 days.
If you want to rent our bicycles, this is for the entire duration of your stay. Single days are not possible. We have three for rent in both houses. Ask us about the possibilities.
Pets are allowed in some situations. Ask us about the possibilities.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Based on availability, earlier check-in may be possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
For check-in after 10 p.m. there is a surcharge of €15, and if you arrive at the house or apartment after midnight it is €30. Cash to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out at El Palo beach house is no later than 11:00 am. For the apartment in the center, check-out is at 12:00. Depending on availability, a later check-out may be possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed
Keep it as quiet as possible after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
Do not make excessive noise on the street or in the hallway or on the terrace and do not bang the doors.
Use of the parking garage is only possible when renting the apartment in the center. Due to the dimensions, only small or compact cars fit in the free private parking garage.
Please let us know immediately if something is wrong, broken, damaged or lost. This way we can provide a solution for you and/or the next guests in a timely manner.
Of course, we don't make a fuss about minor accidents such as a broken glass or plate. If the accident has more serious consequences, you are responsible for the damage. Most liability insurance policies cover this, otherwise we advise you to take out travel insurance so that you are insured against any damage.
