At La Tierra Sur, you can choose from three beautiful accommodations: two luxury apartments in Malaga's vibrant city center or a charming beach house just a two-minute walk from the beach in El Palo, the city's charming old fishing district. All accommodations feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private terrace, making them perfect for families with one or two children or two couples who want to enjoy their stay together. Each of the three accommodations has been recently fully renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences, so you can relax and fully enjoy your holiday.
Both the apartments and the beach house are tastefully and comfortably furnished, with personal touches that will make you feel right at home. After a day exploring the city or the beach, relax with a drink on your own private terrace, complete with a lounge sofa, dining table and chairs, and a handy awning. Prefer to cook for yourself? You can in our fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal.
At the Alderete apartment, you can also park for free in our private parking lot in the same building. Parking is available in the neighborhood for the Duque apartment and the beach house in El Palo, making it easy to explore the rest of beautiful Andalusia. Malaga has it all! The historic center is car-free and bursting with charm, with beautiful buildings, atmospheric squares, and charming shops. Everywhere you'll find bars and delicious restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, Malaga boasts a rich cultural scene, with numerous museums and must-see attractions. Explore the Moorish fortress Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre, Gibralfaro Castle, the impressive La Manquita Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the colorful Mercado Atarazanas, and the leafy Paseo del Parque—all highlights that will make your visit unforgettable. Malaga also offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation: the beautiful marina and beaches are within walking or cycling distance of the center. East of the city, you'll find the charming fishing neighborhoods of Pedregalejo and El Palo, where you can sample fresh fish on the promenade and relax on the beach. Impression of the accommodations
Make yourself at home
Our accommodations are fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a cozy living room and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, large refrigerator with three freezer drawers, and a washing machine (with a built-in dryer in Apartment Duque and Beach House El Palo). The apartments in the center each have a terrace, and El Palo even has two terraces, one of which offers a beautiful sea view. All the necessary basics are already provided: tea, towels and dishcloths, soap, dishwashing tablets, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, detergent, and more. Coffee, tea, and filtered water are also available for your first day. Beds are made upon arrival, shower towels are provided, and from April to November, you can also use lovely large beach towels. Both houses have fast Wi-Fi, and El Palo even has two separate workspaces for those who want to work or study during their stay.

Malaga is an ideal place to work remotely. You can enjoy the sun, culture and good food without taking any vacation days! You work from the apartment in the center or the beach house in El Palo and after a working day you sit on a terrace or enjoy a few more hours of sun on the beach. With a super-fast internet connection in both accommodations (>600mbs), you can easily hold a MsTeams or Zoom session with two people at the same time. While you work at the kitchen table in the apartment, we have two separate workplaces in separate rooms in the beach house in El Palo. Ideal for a couple to work remotely for a few weeks. And with a weekly and/or monthly discount, it is also extra attractively priced!
