At La Tierra Sur you can choose from two options: a luxury apartment in the center of Malaga or a lovely beach house a 2-minute walk from the beach in El Palo (old fishing district of Malaga). Both accommodations have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a private terrace. This makes them ideal for families with 1 or 2 children or two couples. Both accommodations have recently been completely renovated and fully equipped.
Both the apartment and the beach house are comfortably furnished with personal details that make you feel immediately at home. After a day at the city or beach, enjoy a drink on your own private terrace, equipped with a lounge sofa, dining table and chairs and an awning. Or prepare a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen. And because you can park your car for free at the apartment in our private parking lot in the same building, and you can park your (rental) car in the neighborhood at the beach house in El Palo, this also offers you the opportunity to explore beautiful Andalusia. to discover. The beach house was completely renovated in 2022 and the apartment was beautifully renovated in 2018. Check out the photos and see for yourself!

Malaga, a surprising city with many faces
Malaga has a beautiful car-free historic center with beautiful buildings and nice shops. There are good bars and restaurants everywhere. It is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and has many museums and sights. The Moorish fortress Alcazaba, the Roman theater, Gibralfaro Castle, La Manquita Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the Mercado Atarazanas and Paseo del Parque are absolute must-sees when visiting Malaga. There is also a beautiful modern marina and wonderful beaches within walking and cycling distance! East of the center you will find the charming fishing districts of Pedregalejo and El Palo where you can eat delicious fresh fish on the boulevard and of course enjoy nice beaches. Malaga has it all!

Make yourself at home
Our accommodations are fully equipped. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, a cozy living room, dining area, complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, large refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers and a washing machine (in El Palo with built-in dryer). One in the center and two terraces in El Palo, one with a sea view. A tea, towel and dishcloth, soap, washing-up tablets, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, detergent, etc. are already ready for you. For the first day there is also coffee, tea and filtered water. Of course the beds are made, there are shower towels and from April to November also nice large beach towels! There is fast WiFi in both houses and in El Palo there are even two separate workplaces.

Malaga is an ideal place to work remotely. You can enjoy the sun, culture and good food without taking any vacation days! You work from the apartment in the center or the beach house in El Palo and after a working day you sit on a terrace or enjoy a few more hours of sun on the beach. With a super-fast internet connection in both accommodations (>600mbs), you can easily hold a MsTeams or Zoom session with two people at the same time. While you work at the kitchen table in the apartment, we have two separate workplaces in separate rooms in the beach house in El Palo. Ideal for a couple to work remotely for a few weeks. And with a weekly and/or monthly discount, it is also extra attractively priced!
