Rosina was a responsive friendly and welcoming host. Fede who helped us check in was also very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful with all that you could need for a lovely stay. The terrace was fabulous and we made good use of it. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nicely appointed as was the kitchen. Our family would definitely highly recommend Rosina’s wonderful apartment in Malaga

We were met by Fëdė on arrival who gave us a lesson on parking in a tight space which was a definite help! Apartment met our expectations with bonus of a gift of a lovely bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the balcony. The kitchen well stocked with essentials. Location ideal - 20 minute walk to centre of town. Plenty of supermarkets, bakery & greengrocers very nearby. The instruction manual was very useful & covered all our needs. The washing machine & airer came in very handy. The apartment was very comfortable & we would highly recommend. Thank you.

Everything went great from check-in until check-out! Rosina and Fede are both very friendly and very responsive all the time. The apartment itself went beyond and above our expectations, it had everything one can need during their stay (they even left us a little gift with a lovely note!) and it was only a short walk to the city center. We also appreciated that Fede was there to help us with the little unexpected hiccup we caused during our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone and would book this place again during our next trip to Malaga! 🙂

Absolutely loved our stay at Rosina’s place! We were even given the option for a train station pick up when we arrived, which was very much appreciated! Everything was very clean, organized, and we loved being within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go in Malaga! She was very responsive and helped make our stay wonderful for our first few nights in Spain! Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely amazing property. Stop looking at others and go ahead and request this and hope it's available. The location is fabulous; less than a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Malaga. We were impressed with the friendly welcome. The apartment has been thoughtfully and beautifully renovated and decorated; Rosina’s attention to detail is impressive, anything and everything you could possibly need in a vacation property is here. We also made very good use of the relaxing patio. Rosina and her property manager were terrific to deal with and extremely responsive to all questions and requests. Particularly helpful is the extensive property manual Rosina has taken the time to put together containing info on the apartment but also great recommendations for rooftop patios, dining and entertainment. We took advantage of several suggestions and always had a great time. If I were to visit Malaga again, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Lovely, stylish apartment. Great location. Perfect for two couples. We enjoyed our glasses of wine on the terrace in the evening sun! Highly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Rosina’s apartment very much. The compact apartment was very well equipped and everything was in good working order. The terrace was a real highlight and a very enjoyable place to relax at the end of our busy days. The building is quiet and provides easy walking to the city centre as well as lots of restaurants. There is a good supermarket located very close to the apartment so we were able to easily pick up supplies for breakfast and a couple of dinners.Communication with Rosina was excellent from start to finish. She was very helpful in booking a taxi to pick us up at the train station on the day we arrived and to take us back on the day we left. A very comprehensive information booklet was provided in the apartment along with travel guides and maps.It was a great stay.

Het appartement is helemaal top. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie buitenruimte wat echt uniek is in de stad. Alles is keurig netjes verzorgd door Federico. Hij reageert snel als je hem iets vraagt. En ook het achterlaten van de koffers als het appartement nog niet klaar is top. Wij waren ook zeer blij dat wij tot 20.00 uur in het appartement mochten blijven ivm een late vlucht. Jullie hebben echt een mooi appartement op een rustige locatie. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Rosina is the perfect host, highly responsive, helpful and welcoming. She made our stay all the better than it would have been. She knows so much about the area so she has has lots of great recommendations too.We had an issue relating to the cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived and it wasn't ready at the official check-in time but Rosina responded very quickly and pushed to get the issues rectified.The flat is perfectly located, you can get to the centre by walking and there are lots of supermarkets or local places to eat. As the train station isn't too far from the apartment it's also a great base to explore other parts of Andalucia, we went on day trips to Ronda, Granada and Seville during our 10-day stay at the apartment.I highly recommend staying at Rosina's! 🙂
