Discount
For stays of 7 nights or longer, a discount of €5% applies to the nightly rate. For stays of 28 days or longer, a discount of €10% applies to the nightly rate.
This discount will be automatically deducted* when booking.

Good to know
The main guest must be 23 years or older.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (over 3 years old) + 1 child up to 3 years old (camping bed). Children up to 3 years old do not count for the extra guest surcharge.
The above prices are based on a stay of 2 guests using 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. A surcharge of 15 euros per person per night applies for the 3rd and 4th person.
Are you with two people and do you want to use both bedrooms and bathrooms? Then check the box in the booking form. The costs for this are 15 euros per night. Without selecting the surcharge, the second bedroom and bathroom cannot be used. Of course, the apartment or house is privately available to you. Please note: You do not have to check this box if you come with 3 or 4 people.
Cleaning fees are included in the total price and apply per stay. For the apartments in the city center, this is €65 and for the Beach House El Palo, it's €110. We do ask that you leave the house as you found it; cleaning is not required.
The minimum stay in the city center apartments is 3 days, except in July and August, when the minimum stay is 4 days.
Minimum stay in the beach house El Palo is 4 days, except in July & August. Then the minimum stay is 5 days.
If you'd like to rent our bikes, you'll need to do so for the entire duration of your stay. Renting them for individual days isn't possible. We have three bikes available for rent each at the Alderete Centrum apartment and the El Palo Beach House. If you're traveling with four people, we can provide a location where you can rent the fourth bike.
Pets are allowed in some situations. Ask us about the possibilities.
Use of the parking garage is only possible when renting the Alderete apartment in the city center. Due to its size, only small or compact cars will fit in the free private parking garage.
Check-in from 4:00 PM. Based on availability, earlier check-in may be possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
For check-in after 10 p.m. there is a surcharge of €15, and if you arrive at the house or apartment after midnight it is €30. Cash to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out for El Palo beach house is no later than 11:00 AM. Check-out for the apartments in the town center is noon. A later check-out may be possible, depending on availability. Please inquire about the possibilities.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed
Keep it as quiet as possible after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
Do not make excessive noise on the street or in the hallway or on the terrace and do not bang the doors.
Please let us know immediately if something is wrong, broken, damaged or lost. This way we can provide a solution for you and/or the next guests in a timely manner.
For minor accidents such as a broken glass or plate, we don't make a fuss. If the accident has greater consequences, you are responsible for the damage. Most liability insurances cover this. We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance anyway so that you are insured for any damage and cancellations.
Do you want to pay by credit card? Then select this option when booking. An amount of 2% of the travel sum will be added in connection with the costs that are charged to us. If you forget to click this, this will be deducted from the payment of the second installment.
A deposit of 35% is required upon booking. You will receive a payment request for the remaining amount approximately 6 weeks before arrival.
