Discount
For stays of 7 nights or longer, a discount of €5% applies to the nightly rate. For stays of 28 days or longer, a discount of €10% applies to the nightly rate.
This discount will be automatically deducted* when booking.
* Due to the automatic system, there may be slight rounding differences.
Good to know
The prices above are based on 2 people. If you're traveling with 3 or 4 people, there's a surcharge of €15 per additional guest per night. Please select the correct number of guests when booking, and the amount will be calculated automatically.
Children under 3 years old do not count towards the extra guest surcharge.
Are you coming with two people and would you like to use both bedrooms and bathrooms? You can! There's a surcharge of €15 per night. Please adjust your booking to three people.
Without this surcharge, the second bedroom and bathroom cannot be used. Of course, the apartment or house is still available to you privately.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (over 3 years old) + 1 child up to 3 years old (camping cot).
There is a surcharge of €20 per stay for use of the camping cot and high chair.
Cleaning costs per stay are €65 for the apartments and €110 for the beach house.
The minimum stay in the apartments in the center is 5 days in July & August and 3 days for the other months.
The minimum stay in the beach house is 7 days in July & August and 4 days for the other months.
Please let us know immediately if anything is broken, damaged, or lost. This way, we can arrange for repairs or replacements in a timely manner for you and/or your next guests.
Check-in from 4:00 PM. Based on availability, earlier check-in may be possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
For check-in after 10 p.m. there is a surcharge of €15, and if you arrive at the house or apartment after midnight it is €30. Cash to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out from the beach house is no later than 11:00 AM. Check-out for the apartments in the city center is noon. Later check-out may be possible, depending on availability. Please inquire about the options.
You can use the parking garage when you book the Alderete apartment. Due to its size, only small or compact cars will fit in the free private parking garage.
The main guest must be 23 years or older.
If you'd like to rent our bikes, it's for the entire duration of your stay. Renting them on individual days isn't possible. We have bikes available for rent in the Alderete apartment and the beach house.
Pets are allowed in some situations. Ask us about the possibilities.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed
Keep it as quiet as possible after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
Do not make excessive noise in the hallway, patio or on the terrace and do not slam the doors.
